All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. We will notify you by email within 24 hours of making a purchase if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours of completing a purchase order, we are deemed to have confirmed the purchase at the price listed. If you receive such notification, the sale will be automatically terminated unless you reply by email with confirmation of your intention to purchase the item at the confirmed price.

We value your privacy. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade or lease any personal information about you. We use cookies and web beacons on our website to enhance your website experience, but we do not use any personally identifiable information about you. Shipping policy
All our shipping charges are included unless otherwise stated for the lower 48 U.S. States and for the provinces of Ontario & Quebec in Canada. All other areas typically require custom quotes. We reserve the right to contact the customer after the order is placed for additional shipping fees if the order is: under 100.00, outside the areas detailed herein or if orders require shipping to remote areas where options are limited.
If delivery is not included we will give you a freight quote that is valid for 48 hours. should you receive a quote from a sales representative assume that that quote will prevail even if you elect to order online at a different price.
Please take the time to inspect your shipment upon arrival. Should an item arrived damaged in shipping, please do not accept the damaged item without filing a claim with the shipping company, as we are unable to make a claim on your behalf after the delivery is signed for. Any claims for missing items must be filed with Asphalt Kingdom within 10 business days of receiving your order. If they are not unfortunately we will be unable to replace the items on warranty.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time for most items is 7 to 10 business days from the time your payment clears. There are some items that may take longer to arrive and any modified or custom items may take longer as well.
Payment Policy
We require payment in full before your item is shipped. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Cashiers check and wire transfer. All prices are $USD currency. A handling fee will apply to all Canadian orders as detailed upon checkout of the order.
Order Cancelation
In all cases; if we have processed your payment and your purchase has shipped and you then decide to cancel your order, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus the cost to ship the order to you and the cost to ship the order back to us. If your order has yet to ship and you cancel your order, you will be charged a $125 fee for cancellation of the scheduled freight order plus a 15% restocking charge.
Refunds / Returns
Once any equipment and or product is purchased and used there is a strict no return policy. We will arrange for service, replace malfunctioning parts and send missing items but in no way shape or form provide a refund once equipment has been used unless a defect can be proven. Should equipment be determined to have a defect, we will repair it or refund your purchase price. Refunds can only be issued once we have received the items back at our location and confirmed any defect. Modified or altered items may not be returned.
Warranty
We provide a 180-day warranty on equipment from the date of purchase. Any alteration or modification to the equipment will void the warranty. Any use of the equipment outside the specific instructions provided in the owners manual or instruction pamphlet that accompanies all our equipment will also void the warranty. We strongly recommend reading the instructions for equipment in full before equipment operation.
Our spray system pumps will not be covered under warranty IF the pump has run dry from improper use. The only way these pump seals can be damaged is if the pump runs dry. If the pump runs dry for 1 minute this will cause the pump to over heat and the seals will burn resulting in a leaking pump. The pump is lubricated and cooled by the actual asphalt sealer. A similar example to this would be if you ran your car engine without oil or coolant. The oil lubricates your car engine and the coolant cools the engine. A car manufacturer would not warranty your engine if you forgot to put coolant or oil in your engine.
Release of Liability
In consideration of receipt of Asphalt Kingdom products and equipment, you hereby agree Asphalt Kingdom and its parent company, Loyalty International, be held harmless from any claims of injury or death that may arise to the fullest extent permitted by law. Use of our equipment and components may involve certain risks and hazards, primarily from improper use, which may result in personal injury or death. By using the equipment and products you acknowledge you have read in full all the instructions for the items in advance of operation and have contacted us with any unanswered questions. By using our products you agree to personally assume and accept any and all risks of injury or other.
