We value your privacy. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade or lease any personal information about you. Shipping policy:

All our shipping charges are included unless otherwise stated for the lower 48 USA states and Canada

If you have to pay for delivery we will give you a freight quote: we do not mark up the shipping cost, you will pay whatever it costs us.

Our standard delivery time is 7 to 10 business days from the time your payment clears.

Please do not accept any damaged items without filing a claim, as we are not able to make one on your behalf after the delivery is signed for. Please take the time to inspect your shipment upon arrival. Any claims for missing items must be filed with our customer service department within 15 business days of receiving your order. If they are not unfortunately we will be unable to replace the items on warranty.

In all cases if you have placed an order and we have processed your payment and your purchase has shipped and you then decide to cancel your order, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus the price it cost to ship the order to you and then back to us. You will be charged our cost re what the transport company charges us both ways, plus a 15% restocking free. If your order has not shipped yet and you cancel your order you will be charged a 5% payment processing charge.

Refunds can only be issued once we have received the order back at our location and inspected it.

Payment Policy:

We require payment in full before your item is shipped.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Cashiers check and wire transfer

All prices are $USD currency.

Warranty:

All of our products are backed by a 180-warranty on parts and labor from the purchase date.

We may decide to send you a replacement part, or have you return the item where we direct for servicing.

Once a shipment  has been delivered and signed for any damages or warranty claims will be void if they not filed at the time of arrival with the carrier. Please do not accept any damaged items without filing a claim, as we are not able to make one on your behalf after the delivery is signed for. Please take the time to inspect your shipment upon arrival.

Our spray system pumps will not be covered under warranty IF the pump is runs dry. The only way these pump seals can be damaged is if the pump runs dry. If the pump runs dry for 1 minute this will cause the the pump to over heat and the seals will burn resulting in a leaking pump. The pump is lubricated and cooled by the actual asphalt sealer. A similar example to this would be if you ran your car engine without oil or coolant. The oil lubricates your car engine and the coolant cools the engine. A car manufacturer would not warranty your engine if you forgot to put coolant or oil in your engine. Our pump rebuild seal kit sells for only $189.

Return Policy:

Once any equipment and or product is purchased and used there is a strict no return policy.

We will service, replace malfunctioning parts and send missing items but in no way shape or form provide a refund once equipment has been purchased and used.

RynoWorx Spray Systems Warranty:

Sand is allowed to be used with air-operated pumps and air-operated sealcoating systems (AirBoss) without voiding the warranty. However, using sand in spray systems equipped with centrifugal and aluminum pumps (including AK55, AK275, Portable, AK130, AK130 Pro, AK230, and AK230 Pro) will void the warranty.
