Proseal customer service is one of the best. I called to get a quote on a reseal of my driveway and they got back to me right away. They keep you informed every step of the process. They are quick and do a great job. I am extremely happy with the way my driveway looks. After almost a year it looks like it was just done and I was impressed with the follow-up call recently to see if we were still happy with the job they did.

This company stands by their work. They sealed my driveway last Summer and there were several small areas that didn’t adhere. They came back this Summer and resealed the entire driveway under warranty and it looks fantastic! It’s hard to find companies that stick to promises without a ton of hassle. Great Company to work with from beginning to end on having my 5-year old 2-car garage driveway sealed.. Competent Customer Service that is detailed and friendly, is very important to me these days. I made an initial phone call to Pro Seal to request a quote, on a Friday afternoon. It wasn’t easy for me to estimate or relay the square footage of my driveway surface because the pattern isn’t symmetrical. A crew was sent out to my house to do the actual measurements and calculations while I was there to verify their results. The following day, I received an email containing a professional PDF document with a detailed reasonable quote that was easy to read, securely sign and return back in one sitting. In two hours, my quote approval was received and with an updated email that someone would be contacting me soon to work out an agreeable date. Being a retired Quality Assurance Manager, I was pleased to see the sealing crew arrive, set up safety cones, direct traffic, with everyone having the right equipment and tools for the job, and a mind to work. It was no surprise to see them deliver a job well done with no mess left behind.
