How to Apply Deery Level & Go Repair Mastic
- 1. Heat the mastic in an oil-jacketed melter with a full-sweep agitator.
- 2. Mix thoroughly before dispensing onto the prepared repair area.
- 3. Apply in layers as needed and smooth with the pavement surface.
- 4. For deep repairs, blend with ¾-inch aggregate (up to 25% by volume).
- 5. To improve traction, broadcast aggregate chips onto the hot mastic and tamp lightly.
For additional pavement protection, consider asphalt crack fillers to seal smaller cracks before applying mastic. A crack pour pot is also useful for precision crack filling. For wider cracks that require a more robust solution, check out our patching and pothole options.

What is Deery Level & Go Repair Mastic used for? | Deery Level & Go Repair Mastic is a hot-applied, high-bonding material designed for wide cracks, potholes, utility cuts, bridge approaches, and joint separations in asphalt and concrete pavements. |
How do I apply Deery Level & Go Repair Mastic? | Clean the repair area, heat the mastic in an oil-jacketed melter, pour it onto the repair site, level it using a lute or squeegee, apply aggregate for skid resistance, and allow it to cool for 30 minutes before opening to traffic. |

What safety precautions should I take when using this mastic? | Wear protective gloves, safety glasses, and heat-resistant clothing. Use the product in a well-ventilated area and ensure proper traffic control during application. |
Can this mastic be used for large pothole repairs? | Yes! For potholes deeper than 2 inches, add up to 25% by volume of ¾-inch aggregate to improve stability. For extensive pothole repairs, check out our patching and pothole options. |
