The 8" LANE stencil runs on the smaller size of industry standards but still offers a variety of uses for marking parking lots, warehouses, streets, and highways. It is relatively used to mark specific types of lanes to offer easy visibility by oncoming motorists or pedestrians. It can also be combined with other standard signs such as “FIRE", “LEFT", “TURN", and more for a clearer direction of traffic flow. This stencil is made in the USA and complies with federal and state requirements.
The measurements and specifications of the stencil are within industry standards, which allows it to be used on highways and freeways, workplaces, loading zones, schools, and other publicly accessible spaces. When painted, the word measures 27" wide by 8" high, giving plenty of space for readability. The material itself measures 33" wide by 14" high, with 3 inches' worth of overspray borders on all sides. The stencil comes as a single sheet that allows for easy application, cleanup, and storage.
There are three material grade options available that can easily fit any job requirement. The thickest option is the 1/8" (.125") PRO-Grade LDPE, which is an industry-standard. This stencil type is the best choice for industrial sized or heavy-duty projects and used by most professionals. This versatile material can last a very long time while holding up to the demands of daily use in the line striping and pavement marking industry. The 1/10" (.100") Light-Duty LDPE is a counterpart of the PRO-Grade, but with half the thickness. This is good for light-duty projects and infrequent usage. The thinnest material among the three grades is the 1/16" (.060") Light-Duty LDPE, a standard PVC that provides ultra flexibility while laying flat out of the box for a custom or one-time job.
