The 18" SCHOOL stencil is a must-have for any contractor who is invested in parking lot and roadway projects. This industry standard sign is used in parking lots, school zones, and on roadways with a speed limit of 25 mph or less. Its larger size allows it to be easily readable by oncoming traffic and drivers, giving clear directions so that all onlookers are aware of the school zone. It can also be combined with other stencils such as “ZONE" and “BUS" for added clarity. This stencil is manufactured in the USA and comes with a warranty that guarantees it to be free of any impediments or defects.
The measurements and specifications of this stencil meet all industry standards for use. When painted, the stencil measures 82" wide by 18" high, and is visible from a far distance. The material itself measures 88" wide by 24" high, allowing 3" of extra space on each side for overspray. The stencil comes on a single sheet, making it easy to apply, clean, and transport.
There are four material grade options available for the make of your stencil. The .080 ALU is a rigid aluminum that lasts forever. This is the best choice for industrial sized or heavy-duty projects, as it can be reused indefinitely and can also withstand thermoplastic extruding. The next thickest option is the ?" PRO-Grade LDPE, which is an industry standard used by most professionals. This versatile material can last for up to a decade and withstand thousands of uses. The 1/16" LDPE is the counterpart to the PRO-Grade, but with half the thickness. This is good for light-duty projects. The thinnest material available is the .030" HIPS, a standard PVC that provides ultra flexibility while laying flat out of the box for a custom or one-time job.
