The 12" LOADING stencil is a convenient stencil to have in any serious contractor’s or striper’s collection. It is most often used in warehouses, construction sites, and business loading zones to indicate where a truck or delivery vehicle can load and unload products. This stencil can be used alone or can be combined with other industry standard signs such as “ZONE", “DOCK", “ONLY", and more. It is an ideal size for most standard parking lots or warehouses, as it is small enough to fit in any space but large enough to be clearly seen by drivers and workers alike. This stencil is manufactured in the USA and is delivered with a warranty that guarantees the product to be free of any impediments or defects.
The measurements and specifications of this stencil comply with industry standards and can be used in any business or publicly accessible area. When painted, the stencil measures 64" in width and 12" in height, with a letter stroke width of 2" for added readability. The material itself measures 70" wide by 18" high, allowing several inches of space on each side to allow for overspray. This stencil is printed on a single sheet which makes it easy to apply, clean, and store.
There are four material grade options available for the make of this stencil. For heavy duty and long-term projects, invest in the .080 ALU or ?" PRO-Grade LDPE. These materials offer durability and can last a very long time when properly taken care of. The aluminum grade can withstand thermoplastic extruding and is virtually indestructible. The ?" PRO-Grade LDPE is the most popular choice for industry standards. If you are invested in a lighter duty or custom project, the 1/16" LDPE or the .030" HIPS may be a more affordable option. These two grades offer flexibility while still being durable, and are fit for a one-time or sparing use.
