The .080 ALU is the thickest grade, offering an indestructible 5052 aluminum that can withstand thermoplastic extruding. The most popular and most recommended grade is the ?" PRO-Grade LDPE, which is durable and affordable. It can last several years and withstand thousands of uses without showing signs of wear or tear. The 1/16" LDPE is its counterpart, and is a lighter duty material that offers flexibility without sacrificing durability. The .030" HIPS is ultra thin, offering the most flexible material available. This is an affordable option for highly custom or one-time uses of the stencil.
