The .080 ALU is even more durable, offering a rigid 5052 aluminum that lasts forever. It can also withstand preformed thermoplastic extruding. For something on the thinner side, the 1/16" LDPE and the .030" HIPS are affordable options. These two grades offer flexibility for a custom fit, and are typically used for smaller scale or one-time projects.
